(More customer reviews)My daughter and son in law bought this for me since my Pampered chef set was not holding up very well. I have used this for the past 3 weeks and it is easy to cook with and to clean up in. I haven't used the set in the oven yet but I absolutely love it. The only thing is that i now have to wash the cookware by hand but it has been so easy to clean that I don't mind not using my dishwasher. I love that the small sauce pan has a pour spout on each side of it and it also has holes on the lid so that you can drain without having to dirty a colander. It come with two very large frying pans. One is deep and since children come over with their families to eat I need the deep and large size. I haven't needed to use my electric skillet since. I love the pot being more narrow and tall so that it fits much better on the burner and cooks more evenly. It is very durable and you don't have to worry if one the kids use a metal spoon in it instead of the plastic spoons. I still use the plastic spoons since i had them for all my other cookware. The handles on the lids to get hot but it is no problem for me to use a hot pad to take them off. I rather have the handles holding up for a long time. I plan for this to be my last cookware set and at this price you can't beat that.

Circulon Infinite Hard Anodized Nonstick 10-Piece Cookware Set Review

(More customer reviews)I absolutely love Circulon "Infinite" cookware! It does everything that's promised, and goes into the dishwasher too! Believe me; this can be a very important feature if quick and easy cleanup is important you. Yet, that is not my only reason for giving this product a five star rating. I've owned many brands of cookware over the years, and for one reason or another, they have fallen short of my expectations. Yes, even my Calphalon cookware can't hold a candle to Circulon "Infinite." For instance, I've had a couple Calphalon frying pans for more than a year now. I tend not to use them because their non-stick properties are lacking--so much so that making eggs "over-easy" is almost impossible. I've tried several different things to correct this problem, but no matter what I've tried, food continues stick, which not only makes cooking more difficult, but it makes cleanup more difficult as well. Another problem that I have is that the bottoms of my Calphalon pans have a slight curve to them; as a result they don't sit firmly on my burners. On the other hand, however, each of my "Infinite" cookware pieces have a flat bottom, which allows them to sit firmly on my burners, and I never have a problem with food sticking to them.

(More customer reviews)My girlfriend and I have recently moved in together and have double sets, one is this set, the other a Wal-Mart Stainless Steel set.
This set is much more efficient and enjoyable to cook with, it is light weight, durable, and heats up quick on both gas and electric stoves. Need to make sure to use plastic/wood utensils since metal will scratch the surface, and to set the heat to medium at the highest as it will cause the cookware to overheat. Other than habit changing on my part, this has been great cookware that I would buy again.

Anolon Titanium Hard Anodized Nonstick 10-Piece Cookware Set Review

(More customer reviews)I have had this set for years--(maybe 7 years)-- and they have not met my expectations for a set that has "Limited Lifetime Warranty". I am a fairly careful and conscientious person. The set never goes into the dishwasher, I don't use high temperatures and no non-stick sprays. Over time the non-stick qualities have greatly diminished on the most used pieces and and the exterior finish that makes them easier to keep clean has chipped. You still have to scrub them but not as aggresively- to get the residue off that accumulates from the gas burning under the pan-comes off w/ Soft Scub cleanser. Another note: The handles are not particularly stay cool. I always use pot holders for the lids, the stock pot, larger pieces with the 2nd helper handles and any piece that has been on the stove top simmering for more than a few minutes.
The set was excellent for the first few years, but so are many others sets. The pots are holding up well but not the pans. I'd call it a good 4-5 yr set for non-stick. The exterior finish chipped within the first few months and after a yr or so, it became quite noticable. Now they look almost pitted. I am now looking for new pieces to replace my 8" and 10" and 12" pans. My brother has the same set and has experienced the same problems.

A great starter set, this 10-piece cookware collection features must-have pieces for any busy kitchen. It provides a 1-1/2-quart covered saucepan, a 2-quart covered saucepan, an 8-quart covered stockpot, an 8-inch open French skillet, a 10-inch open French skillet, and a 10-inch/3-quart covered saute pan. The saucepans come in handy for making homemade marinara sauce; the stockpot works well for vegetable soup, beef stew, or boiling pasta; and the skillets offer gently curved sides for flipping food or sliding an omelet or grilled cheese sandwich easily from the pan to a plate. Constructed of extra-thick aluminum, these heavy pots and pans conduct heat quickly and uniformly (no hot spots to worry about) and won't warp. Their handsome, charcoal-gray exterior is harder than steel and resists scratching and denting. Inside, they're coated with DuPont's exceptionally durable Autograph 2 nonstick that readily releases food. Stainless-steel handles have an attractive satin finish. The handles are rounded for comfort, hollow to stay cool on the stovetop, oven-safe to 500 degrees F, and have hanging holes. In addition, the cookware comes equipped with deep-set, satin-finish, stainless-steel lids with matching handles that help keep in heat, moisture, and nutrients.
Unlike conventional hard-anodized pots and pans, the cookware is dishwasher-safe because its titanium-composite exterior is nonporous. Nevertheless, its virtue of being dishwasher-safe is not unlimited. To prevent pots and pans from discoloring in a dishwasher over time--and to prevent voiding the lifetime warranty against defects--the manufacturer's cleaning instructions (included) about water temperature (120 to 140 degrees F) and detergent (mild, with a phosphate content less that 7-1/2 percent) must be strictly observed. As with most cookware, hand washing Anolon Titanium is the better alternative for ideal care.

The very best feature is that they conduct heat so efficiently that for the very first time my stove was able to maintain a low simmer without either burning or losing the boil. I was able to make a brilliant cream sauce with stove and pot behaving brilliantly. Am very, very pleased!

I was thrilled to see Calphalon come out with a dishwasher safe version
In the Contemporary Stainless steel non-stick
I did not purchase this product from Amazon because I needed it sooner than the 4-6 week wait time listed, otherwise I would have.
I felt the need to post a review however, through Amazon, because
people are posting that Calphalon actually LIES and that if you put the Stainless steel cookware in to the dishwasher it will void the lifetime warranty.
That is UNTRUE I contacted Calphalon and was told ALL of their Stainless
Steel line is dishwasher safe and cleaning it in the dishwasher DOES NOT void the warranty. - a note all of their "Simply Calphalon" cookware line has a just a 10 year warranty
Now as I had previously written I have been a Calphalon user for many years, perhaps people are getting confused with the "original" Calphalon which is the Hard-Adonized with nonstick and without and is still available today.
The Hard-Adonized is absolutely NOT dishwasher safe and putting the HA cookware in the dishwasher WILL totally void the warranty.
Now the comments on the CONTEMPORARY STAINLESS STEEL NON-STICK
These pans are a dream to cook with and clean and Calphalon had made some improvements having the stainless steel line not only is it dishwasher safe it happens to be a bit lighter weight wise (the original Calphalon) is reasonably heavy and they have now also made the handles a cool touch version a GREAT improvement!
As a note Calphalon has also done this cool touch handle on their CALPHALON ONE line of HARD ADONIZED non-stick cookware
(also highly recommended by me)
As the "ONE" also offers a smaller set of eight pieces and is about 100 dollars less (then the 599 for the 10 piece Stainless) But the" ONE" set is handwash only.
So for all of the other people thinking of buying Calphalon's
new offering of stainless steel Non stick
Let your dishwasher do all the work.
