(More customer reviews)This dishwasher worked very nicely... for the first two weeks. After that it started running for 5+ hours per wash cycle, stopping only when I open the door and turn off the power. Now a motor (sounds like the drain pump) seems to be stuck on, so the current cycle can never finish and it's impossible to start a new one. Bosch referred me to some third-party service shops who have so far been unable to diagnose the problem, and I'm once again washing all our dishes by hand while waiting for a backordered part that may or may not fix the problem.
Update: After a couple service calls and a replaced drain pump, the dishwasher worked perfectly for another 7 days. Now it's broken again, same symptom as before, and the service technicians seem to be out of ideas.
Update 2: We just scheduled our 4th service call to repair the same problem. As of today, we've owned this machine for 40 days and it's been working barely half of that time. My only hope now is that I can get Bosch to take this thing back.
Update 3: Bosch finally replaced the broken unit with a new one, which we have been using for the last 2 weeks without any problems so far. From initial breakdown to resolution took about 10 weeks, which seemed like a terribly long time, but they did eventually come through with a replacement. I will update this review further once I see whether the new one continues to work...
