(More customer reviews)I purchased this Crystal Quest bottleless water cooler w/UV system for our CPA office and it's been a royal pain from day 1...We had to pay 2 different plumbers to come to the office to professionally install it due to leaks and both commented on the poor quality of the connectors...We also purchased the Smart Valve to protect against potential leaks and it was so loud that we had to uninstall it...Crystal Quest said that can happen due to vibration and although it was loud, there was nothing wrong with its functionality...They did, however, issue us an RMA to return it for a refund...Approx 6-9 months after purchase, the cooler began to leak yet again...We spoke with Crystal Quest once again and they felt confident that it was the filters this time and our problem would go away once we changed them...They gave us 2 filters and charged us for the other 2...We installed the new filters and the leaks were worse than ever...So after $726 on the unit, $200+ for installation, $86 in new filters and numerous hours on the phone with Crystal Quest, we still have a useless, leaking cooler which we are literally ready to hall to the trash as Crystal Quest says that we are now outside of the warranty period...You would think a company would stand behind its products a bit more!!!

Primo 900172 1.0 Gallon Industrial Water Dispenser Review

(More customer reviews)I picked this up at a local Sams's Club for under $200, but I kept the box just in case based on other reviews I've read elsewhere that were not favorable. Two things seemed to show up in the bad reviews I read.
(1) The unit did not work with 5 gallon Poland Springs bottles.
(2) The water had a plastic taste to it.
Item 1 was a non-issue for me. My Poland Springs 5 gallon bottles work perfectly fine and they are much easier to load than my old "flip the 5 gallon jug upside down" water cooler.
Item 2 turned out to be true initially. The water did have a plastic taste to it. I contacted Primo and they directed me to their website [...] where they had a (relatively) quick solution that resolved the issue in under an hour. The fix involves running a gallon of hot tap water with a 1/4 cup of lemon juice through the system, and then running another gallon of plain hot tap water through it to flush out the lemon juice mixture.
The water tastes great now! For me it was worth one hour investment to eliminate the sometimes messy upsidedown water bottle loading on my old cooler. I am very pleased with the product, both how it looks and how it works, and I would recommend it with the caveat that you'll probably have to initially address the plastic water taste issue. Do it upfront before you waste any of your bottled water.

(More customer reviews)I chose this item over less expensive dispensers because:
(1) it does not have a hot-water spigot - those harbor bacteria. I wouldn't drink water from one of those.
(2) it has a removable, stainless steel basin which can be washed. Stainless steel is much more sanitary than plastic. It was important to me to be able to cleanse the unit. I know people who've had a water dispenser in their kitchen for years without washing the internal part of the cooler that has contact with the water bottles from various supermarkets. Yuck.
I've had this in my kitchen for about two weeks and I've been nothing but pleased. The high flow faucets work well; I've heard others complain about waiting for enough water to fill even a glass, and I have very little wait filling larger containers like the coffee carafe or cooking pots. It's also completely silent, unlike some units which give off a slight electronic hum. It also does not have a logo or colorful, big brand-name prominently displayed - I wanted a water cooler, not an advertisement, and that's what I got. I'm very pleased with it.

(More customer reviews)I just placed an order for the Clover D7A Hot and Cold Point of Use Water Dispenser in Black.
I called to ask questions before I ordered and the lady I spoke to in Sales was very helpful.
I was confused about the difference between two models and she helped clarify that question.
I also asked about whether or not you need a professional to come install it as mentioned by one of the reviews on their website but found out if we already have the hook ups, then it shouldn't be a problem. When I asked about the instructions being hard to read due to the amount of times it has been copied, she said that if there were any issues with the instructions that they could get customers connected to the vendor.
I've been looking for something like this dispenser to replace the broken one in our breakroom. I was having trouble finding one like it (and even went to Ktown in LA to look for it) and am glad Air-N-Water carry it.
So 5 stars for the customer service thus far and I'll update my review shortly when we get the product.
