(More customer reviews)This is one of the most disappointing fan I've ever owned. It has already needed replacing 2 times and when the light went out the glass could not be removed and when I called tech support they told me to shatter the glass and they would send a new one. Why would I spend $600 for something that requires me to shatter glass all over my house. Just trying to remove the glass has destroyed the fans alignment and I am now afraid to turn the fan on due to its wild spinning.
$600 + 3 hours of my life wasted on calls to the manufacture and frustration to change a little light = very disappointed. Will never buy Casablanca again.
