(More customer reviews)I ordered this from Amazon. It arrived promptly as advertised. After we had it installed it worked one time. On the 2nd use some part blew up inside and it stopped working. We emailed for service and AJ Madison emailed us back 2 days later to call Whirlpool warranty service. They came out, ordered parts and it is 2 weeks later and they say parts are on backorder.....
