(More customer reviews)I first purchased this unit about 7 months ago and if I wanted to dry a second load of clothes right after the first, it would shut off right away and not dry the clothes. None of the service people (contracted by Samsung) knew what they were doing or had any knowledge in repairing these units. So Samsung was nice enough to replace the unit. In my situation I had to have the local propane people do the conversion in which the front cover and top has to be removed to get to the parts required. So I had to pay twice now to have the conversion done.
So I get the new unit today and the propane people arrive the same day to convert it only to find out that the new unit doesn't heat at ALL! Of course the store says that they sell a lot of them and don't have problems, but I had two out of two. Don't bother calling or chatting with Samsung, because all they have is a manual like you have when they attempt to support you.
I am very unhappy with the reliability and the service.
