The powerhouse mixer is specifically engineered to stir, knead, mix or whip up to 4 loaves of white bread, 7 pounds of mashed potatoes and 9 dozen cookies. The high-performance 325-watt motor and wide 5-quart stainless-steel bowl tackles food preparation for crowds with professional ease. The easy turn of a lever raises the bowl into mixing position. Includes dough hook, flat beater and wire whisk. With 10 variable speeds and the "C" dough hook you can quickly roll and knead up to 9 cups of all-purpose flour for bread dough, pizzas and coffee cakes. It was a bit hard to get used to the fact that it was not a tilt head but that is a small price to pay for how well this machine works. I highly recommend it.
