(More customer reviews)I tried my new washer for the first time today. I put in a comforter, set the temperature and cycle type, and pushed the button. There is no place to dial in what size load you have, as this machine "senses" your load size. Well, I guess it sensed wrong. When I took the comforter out, there were large parts of it that weren't even WET, much less clean. I mean, they weren't even slightly damp...bone dry. I've conacted GE and I'm awaiting their answer. If you can only do tiny loads of laundry in this "low water" washer, it really defeats the purpose of being energy efficient.
