(More customer reviews)I've been meaning to update my kitchen knives for many years. Finally, thanks to those nice people at Ideara, I had enough gift vouchers to buy this set. I've only had them for a few weeks but love them. First, they are sharp - I know volunteer to do the vegetables and other prep in the kitchen. They also feel good, with a great balance - which makes them all the more useful. I am hoping that these will be the last knives I ever buy! I recommend them highly.
