(More customer reviews)This would not be for the new TEC Cherokee aluminum pictured, my purchase was for the older 2002 model Cherokee CH-10SS stainless steel, I perfer this older model due to the fact that the fire actually touches the food, I believe the ratio is 60% infrared heat and 40% flame which is a great combination for flame seared foods, there is no glass on top of the ceramic burner. To me this tastes better, more like flame BBQ, it is ready to go in a couple of minutes, great heat control, it even came with the TEC matching stainless steel wheeled cart. These has been discontinued, so if you can even find one of these anymore, I would recommend buying it highly, I like this sooo much, I even purchased another one (brand spanking new) on Ebay for a spare, lucky me.
