(More customer reviews)Almost two years ago, I was given one Lamsonsharp knife as a gift. I finally bought the entire set a few months ago, and I'm very satisfied with them.
The knives are manufactured in New England, using steel forged in Germany. I highly recommend them, whether you cook every night of the week, or one night of the month. I have yet to sharpen them, and scarce are evenings when they are not used.
