(More customer reviews)We purchased this range and so far we loved everything about it. Unfortunately when we used the cleaning cycle, the entire oven quit working. We can see from on-line reviews that this is a common problem for this range. The range was only one month out of warranty, so KitchenAid agreed to repair under warranty, which they should have since this appears to be a common problem. The tech they sent out had NEVER seen this model. First set of parts were defective, according to the tech, but we really don't have confidence in his ability to repair this unit. We are still waiting on parts. Even when the oven is repaired, it looks like when we use the cleaning cycle it will fail again because KitchenAid hasn't fixed this problem with the cleaning cycle. KitchenAid said our only recourse is to keep purchasing the extended warranty at our expense---here's an idea, how about KitchenAid figuring out the design flaw and providing replacement parts at their expense. You would love this range but KitchenAid's service is awful.
