Be it for commercial or residential use, do not waste your money on any other coffee brewer. Not only is this brewer commercial grade, all heavy duty and stainless steel, it is has a very classic look that looks good in not only in a restaurant but also someone's home kitchen, especially if you have lots of stainless steel.
You might think getting a commercial coffee brewer for a home is over kill, even if you drink less than a full pot a day, but this is not so. With this brewer you can make partial pots (any amount) if that is your desire. If you are worried about it eating up lots of electricity, don't worry. A great feature of this model is it's efficiency, it automatically turns on and off. All you do is pour the water in and it takes care of itself. Instead of keeping a heated reservoir of water ready all the time, this model only heats the water (and uses the bulk of it's wattage) when it brews, which only takes a couple of minutes, then it automatically shuts off with only the burner staying on to keep the carafe hot. And that brings me to the reason this beats all other residential models, it keeps the coffee hot, not luke warm!
This brewer looks classic, brews fast and hot and uses little electricity, what is there not to like?
