Cook Illustrated rated all clad (fully clad, not just a disc at the bottom) saute pans and one of their top recommendations was the Tramontina 12" TriPly-Clad Saute Pan. The odd thing about it, Cook's cites Walmart as the best place to buy it. Ok - I hate Walmart, but it costs only $39.97 there. I'm not sure why the one offered on Amazon is limited edition, but for over a hundred dollars more, there better be something very amazing about the limited edition aspect. It bugs me that they don't seem to describe what makes the limited edition more special than the standard edition.
