(More customer reviews)I can't rave enough about this pan. It heats water much faster than even my high end Viking pots. The thermo star is very cool and works just as described. The base is thick and heavy for super even heating. These pans are beautiful to look at. Everything about the Intensa pans speaks of german quality and flawless engineering. The Rolls Royce of cookware.
