It is very expensive but when you cook with this set you will see why it costs so much. The tri-layer construction that wraps around the sides and not just the bottom is just one big difference in this cookware versus other brands. The handles are very durable with a nice handle on the opposite side to help easily move the pots and pans when they are hot. The handles stay cool. enjoy your purchase.
