(More customer reviews)While I have found no problems with the microwave portion of this oven, the convection portion is an entirely different matter safety wise. The outside of the cabinet gets HOT. I mean REALLY HOT. I called GE and the CSR tried to assure me that the oven was operating within "reasonable" safety limits. When I pressured her to elaborate on GE's definition of what "reasonable" is, she stated that the outsides of the oven could reach temperatures ranging between 150 and 212 degrees! Thats the boiling point of water!
