(More customer reviews)I always use parchment paper when I bake cookies so they won't burn, but with these cookie sheets I am pitching the paper-and all of my old rusty warped pans!! These cookie sheets perform better than the air-bake or any non stick! Cookies brown perfectly but don't burn or stick!! Don't hesitate to try this one out!! I just wish they had bigger pizza pans!-jj
