(More customer reviews)I did not purchase this kit on Amazon.com, but I did want to review it here. This is a nicely inexpensive kit for small homes like mine. If you are like me and aren't sure if you should get 50 w or 20 w, for a single-story home, 20 w is plenty. I've arranged my lights to shine up my brick, between windows. I've received many compliments from friends and neighbors. So it does a beautiful job. It was easy to install, too. I think you can add one more 20-watt light (sold separately) before blowing the breaker. All that said, what I'm most frustrated about is how often the light bulbs burn out. And the replacement bulbs are not cheap. Something like $6 for 2 at Home Depot. I've had the kit out for, oh, about a year...and I have replaced each bulb at least twice. I discovered one of the glass covers cracked one time. Thankfully, HD replaced it without making me take up the whole kit. I'd also say that at the angle I have the lights and the propensity for the light to attract bugs, the glass covers get coated with dead bug debris, requiring them to be regularly wiped clear. I'm happy with the way my home's exterior looks with the lights, but that's only when I don't have a light bulb burned out....
