(More customer reviews)Purchased the Frigidaire freezer FFU14F5HW in Oct 2008 (from Lowes) and it failed in Sept. 2010, less than two years later. Not only will this freezer be filling up our landfills with it's useless body, but it has wasted my hard-earned money, both the money I spent to buy it and the hundreds of dollars in expensive foods that spoiled. I do not consider a freezer that lasts less than two years a quality product.
