I've tried citronella torches, diffusers, sprays, granules, and sonic repellents, and none of it was tough enough to deter a Brooklyn mosquito. With all the rain we've had this year, I was worried we wouldn't be able to sit in the garden in the evenings, but these Amazon Lights incense cones really do the trick- the bugs actually leave us alone, and they scent our garden with a lovely herbal aroma, not garlic or chemicals. Our friends have been commenting about how nice they smell, not complaining about being bitten. They're all-natural, pleasant, and effective- best anti-mosquito purchase I've ever made!
