(More customer reviews)I bought this as a gift but could not give it due to the poor and cheap construction. The wooden bars running across to divide the pictures were not straight. I planned on returning it but the cost of return shipping was almost as much as what I paid for the frame. I emailed Amazon about their return policy for damaged or poorly constructed items but did not get a very useful response. That being said I ended up just keeping it for myself.
